Initial Consultation
1.5 hour comprehensive session
An in-depth conversation about your current health, movement limitations and goals. Includes a thorough posture analysis and an introduction to fundamental myofascial release and corrective exercise principles. The foundational step to understanding what your body specifically needs.

Each session is tailored to build upon your prior progress, with a focus on enhancing movement quality and resolving dysfunction at its source. Sessions take place at the Manlius studio (216 Fayette St) — all equipment provided.
Zoom Coaching
Remote 1-on-1 session for clients outside the area
For people too far from Syracuse to train in person, sessions are available via Zoom. You get the same individual programming, posture and movement analysis, and corrective work — Viktor coaches you through the exercises live from your space. A small clear area to move and a phone or laptop camera is all you need.
Pain & Injury Rehab
Specialty focus within 1-on-1 coaching
Functional Patterns is built around addressing the underlying movement dysfunction driving pain — not just chasing symptoms. Sessions focus on gait, posture, and breathing patterns that contribute to chronic back, hip, knee, and neck pain, and to recurring injuries that haven't resolved with conventional approaches.
Scoliosis Improvement
Specialty focus within 1-on-1 coaching
A corrective approach to scoliosis grounded in Functional Patterns principles — working with myofascial release, breathing, and the FP Big 4 (Standing, Walking, Running, Throwing) to improve postural alignment, movement quality, and day-to-day comfort over time.
